Our waiver and scheduling policy can be found on Vagaro if you have not already signed it.
You must reschedule 12 hours PRIOR to your scheduled time. The system will NOT allow you to reschedule with less time. If you have to cancel due to last minute priorities, YES YOU LOSE THAT SESSION.
Don’t see a time available? Place yourself on the waitlist. It does NOT matter which provider you choose NONE of us will be in the room with you. It just allows up to keep the bike available for booking.
There will be 365 sessions loaded to your Vagaro account. You have 366 days to use them. The sessions may be shared by allowing them to book. This is NOT in exchange for a buddy pass. If they are in session with you they MUST book a buddy pass or CONTACT US so that we can double book one of your package sessions for the same time you are working out.
Sessions are for 15-45min. You choose your hard!
